NOBODY wants North Korea or Iran to have nuclear capability. So, our Cold War enemies are on our side on this one. It's not necessarily that these countries would use nuclear weapons as much as they would sell them to terrorist organizations. We have had no relationship with either country and that is why they are dangerous.
I wouldn't trust Russia or China in any situation. You would have to be a fool to do so.
Russia is on the side of Iran, in turn China is in with Russia. It is a no win situation in Iran.

The first to go would be those in sequence according to a lottery, are those who's 20th birthday falls during that year. Next would be 21,22,23,24,and 25. Those whom are 18-19 would be exempt. Senator Hollings is sponsoring the bill to reinstate the draft.
